Before becoming a furniture outlet, we started out as a moving company and quickly noticed something troubling: countless high-quality couches and furniture pieces were being thrown away simply because people didn't have an easy way to pass them on—and major furniture companies were discarding perfectly good inventory just because a box was opened or a return couldn't be restocked. We saw a massive gap in efficiency and an opportunity to fix it.

What began as a simple idea has grown into a mission. In just 3.5 years, we've diverted over 125 tons of furniture from landfills, giving these pieces a second life in homes across the city. We believe no one should have to pay full retail prices for furniture, and quality pieces shouldn't end up in a dumpster over minor imperfections or logistics headaches.

We're one of only two stores in NYC partnering directly with major brands like Rove Concepts, Castlery, Burrow, and Sundays to rescue their returns, open-box items, and overstock. This is still an experimental program for many of these retailers, but as we grow, we'll be able to offer even more inventory and selection—with the goal of saving the massive wave of pieces being discarded while making quality furniture affordable for more New Yorkers.

We also source gently used pieces from individuals across the city, refurbishing and refreshing everything we take in before finding it a new home. You get high-quality furniture without the markup, and we keep it out of the landfill.
