Q: What are delivery times?

A: Our delivery times are 9-12pm or 12-3pm Thurs-Sun.  Thursdays and Fridays are curbside delivery, assisted delivery (you & help), however we also provide full white glove delivery on Saturdays and Sundays, once you place your order you'll confirm a delivery date!

Q: How do we schedule a viewing?

A: We have our items stored at 29 Ryerson St 11205 and our viewing hours are 9-5pm Wed or 3:30-5:30pm Thurs-Sun. You may contact us or book a time on our calendar on the appointment page of our site!

Q: What if I really like it but can’t afford it right away?

A: At the checkout page with Afterpay or with Klarna you have the option to split your payment into interest-free installments or choose financing to spread the cost over several months, making it super convenient to pay at your own pace!

Q: What if my item won’t fit in my apartment?

A: Send us the dimensions along with pictures of your entryway and we will confirm if it fits

Q: What is the refund policy?

A: We offer a full credit towards any item on our store if the purchased product is no longer desired or a full refund on a case by case basis

Q: Can we sell our furniture?

A: You may submit your couch in our “couch pickup” form and we will notify you with an offer for credit towards a new piece?
